Three scholars present new Lithuanian books published in 2011 in the SURVEYS section: Džiuljeta Maskuliūnienė discusses realistic prose and non-fiction for young readers, Loreta Žvironaitė analyses literary fairy tales and fantasies, and Neringa Mikalauskienė criticizes amateurish poetry for children. Only the book by Vladas Braziūnas is praised by the latter critic. The ARTICLES section consists of two papers.
